Sindh government has plans to piece texting applications incorporating Skype, Viber, Whatsapp, Tango and other comparative provisions for no less than three months. 

Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon affirmed this throughout a press instructions today. 

As per Sindh Minister, terrorists are utilizing these texting applications for correspondence. He said that terrorists are exchanging from ordinary correspondence channel to web based texting and this is the reason his legislature has chosen to boycott these provisions.
